Are you in?You see, the PMS-phase of the cycle – technically called the luteal phase – actually contains an amazing opportunity for you. When your hormones are working in a balanced way throughout your cycle and when your symptoms are not clouding your judgment, you’ll have this time of the month to practice prioritizing yourself.
